One Pound Lost

I lost a pound, the other week,

And didn't look to find it,

I've counted calories weeks on end,

Oh, how I hate to diet,

I'm not the very best of cooks,

And you know I'm not good looking,

But since I know I lost that pound,

I guess I'll stop a-cooking.
