THE BELLS OF CHRISTMAS

I hear the bells of Christmas,
And they are sweet to me,
My joyful heart chimes in with them,
As they ring so merrily.

For they tell again the story,
Of that first Christmas Day,
And of the Savior that was born,
That lay sleeping in the hay.

I hear the bells of Christmas,
With joy that's old yet new,
They tell of Jesus' love for me,
In the story always true.
